Make sure all of your Business Profile settings are up to date under settings - Business Profile. Ensure everything is filled out including your business representative details. Select Campaign low volume when you start the registration process, it will say $4.41. You do not need the higher volume and it will be rejected. Fill in the type of business and your LLC, Corp info and enter your EIN etc. Then below use the answers below to paste into the form your answers. Where it says owner and business add your name and the business name. Anything in brackets needs to be custom to your business
Campaign Use Case Description - Copy and paste
This campaign sends appointment confirmations and reminders to people who book appointments to discuss their options for (Offer). It also sends long-term follow-up SMS that provides educational content about (Offer), how it works, the different types, the qualification and application process, etc. It also sends occasional text messages to people who have opted in from Facebook lead form ads, website forms, and funnel forms offering free resources, checklists, guides, custom plans, etc, to check in with them to see if they would like assistance with (Offer). There are rarely, if ever, any links in any of the text messages being sent.

How do end-users consent to receive messages?
End-users consent in a few different ways. They consent through submitting a form on our website, funnels, and Facebook/Google lead forms. They also consent to receive SMS verbally with our representatives over the phone.

This element allows users to include consent when collecting phone information.

The Terms and Conditions (T & C) element has been incorporated into the form builder, enabling users to include consent for phone information collection.
When the phone element is moved within the form, the Terms and Conditions element will be automatically added, but users can also add it separately if needed.
