
Supercharge Your Google & Facebook Ads with Follow Up Spark’s Smart List Targeting
We are excited to announce that Follow Up Spark now allows you to create customer list custom audiences using the Smart List feature within Contacts. This enhancement complements the existing option to upload customer lists via .csv files, enabling more precise targeting of your current customers through ad campaigns.
How It Works:
You can create a customer list custom audience either from the Ad Manager Settings > Audiences tab or during the campaign creation process. The steps are similar in both scenarios, differing only in the initiation screen:
From the Ad Manager Settings > Audiences tab:
Click on the 'Create new audience' button and select 'Custom Audience'.
Choose 'Customer list' as the source for the custom audience.
Select the 'Smart List' option and pick one or more existing smart lists from the dropdown menu.
Enter a name for the audience to easily identify it, then click 'Create audience'.
During the campaign creation process:
In the 'Intended Audience' section, select 'Retargeting'.
Click on the option to create a custom audience.
Choose 'Customer list' as the source for the custom audience.
Select the 'Smart List' option and pick one or more existing smart lists from the dropdown menu.
Enter a name for the audience to easily identify it, then click 'Create audience'.
Notes:
Only smart lists that have been pre-created in the Contacts section of the sub-account will be available for creating a custom audience. For guidance on creating a contacts smart list, please refer to our help documentation.
Only the contacts included in the selected smart lists at the time of audience creation will be part of the audience.
Before creating an audience, you need to accept the customer list custom audience Terms of Service from Meta. If you haven't accepted these terms, a notification will prompt you to do so when you click 'Create Audience'.
